I will draw on both skillsets from my BSc and MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology and my studies from Therapeutic Coaching to tailor the sessions to optimise your learning and performance.

For athletes

1-1 work

This will involve exploring your current situation, theoretical psycho-education, and practical teaching once we have established your goals.

1 hour sessions

Group work

I can provide training in the form of an online webinar with a professional presentation and delivery. These will include both theoretical education and an experiential practical element.
